I ordered a modest bouquet for my mother’s 79th to be delivered
I received photos of said product prior to delivery
It was tulips put into a basic Ginger hat vase with radiant ties around vase that was ok except that the arrangement with filler floral was not in a pleasing asteroid shape.
Even the placement of the flowered not pleasing to the eye.
Very very very disappointment
Quality of tulips was superior. Effie in arrangement 0

we regret you are disappointed with the flower arrangement. Our designers face challenges when having to arrange with tulips as they are very flexible and difficult to position exactly where they are picture perfect. we do not use wire to prop them like other florist because most of our customers want the natural wild appeal of this flower. we did offer you your money back or different floral arrangement, However you rejected both options. we will seek better ways of designing with tulips so that all customers will be satisfied.

everything was great, except for the fact that the picture showed light pink lillys, which is why I picked it. When I saw it in person, none of the lillys were light pink, but I did ask for a pink bow, which was attached.

I have used Al-Medina three times (twice for Valentines Day), and they far surpass any other florist I've ever used... and I've used florists in Chicago, Houston, OKC, and several in DFW. Their customer service is fantastic, and the flowers... WOW! You've made my wife the envy of her coworkers each time!

me and my sister had been to the cemetary close to the floral shop,pricing wreaths. they were too expensive. then we found al medinas floral! outstanding! everyone in the store is very customer oriented. also, they have a great variety of fresh and artificial flowers. they will not let you leave till you are happy. thank you to Dora and Amy for all your magic touches.
